out to us from your account...(not your neighbor's)

We Just Don’t Have the Power

Unfortunately, we are not able to
accept returned power equipment. We can provide a list of service centers.

Our Return Policy
(Keep Your Receipt)

Refunds require the Original Sales Receipt.
Refunds given with receipt within 30 days of
purchase for merchandise that is in saleable
condition. If the return exceeds $200, we'll send
a check from our corporate office. Returns after 30 days
of purchase, if approved, will be subject to a 20%
restocking fee and the refund will be issued on a
Store Gift Card. No refunds or exchanges will be
given for damaged, clearance items & cut goods.
(i.e. carpet, vinyl, etc.

Loading Policy

We’re here to help, BUT, if you need us to load something into your vehicle, you must release us from responsibility for any damages

Out of Box Returns

Items returned without original packaging will be subject to a %20 reduction in refund amount. Items must be in otherwise good condition. Receipt required

Tying Down Merchandise?

We will provide some twine if you need it, but store personnel can not tie anything onto your vehicle... we leave that up to you.
