The Frequent Saver Club is a credit card that you can get by applying at our stores or right here on our website. The card works at both Surplus Warehouse and Bargain Outlet stores, and comes loaded with ways to save!
Customers who sign up at any Surplus Warehouse or Bargain Outlet will get a Bonus Discount of 10% Off their first 'Frequent Saver Club' card purchase.*
* The 10% discount off your first purchase only applies to applications processed and approved at one of our Bargain Outlet or Surplus Warehouse store locations. Online applications are not eligible for the 10% off the first purchase discount. The 10% off your first purchase can not be used with any other offer, sale or discount. All programs may not be available in all divisions.
As an added bonus, we will also include $10 in 'Bargain Bucks' with your new 'Frequent Saver Club' card welcome package. They are valid at any of our locations.

The more you spend on your Frequent Saver Club credit card, the more points you earn. Net purchases made on your Frequent Saver Club card account during each calendar quarter (see below) determine eligibility. If your total quarterly net purchases fall into any of the levels shown below, we automatically send you the 'Bargain Bucks' that correspond. It's that simple!
